Boulder City Ballet Company

Hello Everyone!

I'm very happy to say we will present "The Nutcracker" Friday, December 12, 2008 @ 7pm, Saturday, December 13, 2008 @ 1pm & 7pm, Sunday, December 14, 2008 @ 1pm at Boulder Theatre. Tickets for this Christmas favorite are $20 and will be available beginning October 1.

But! We've begun our fundraising for The Nutcracker and are offering 2 complimentary tickets to folks who donate $200 or more to Boulder City Ballet Company (BCBC) by the end of May. We're 100% non-profit and we're starting early to raise funds for our "Wish List".....
We need:

6 new, handmade tutus (beautiful) @ $500 each
Salary for Choreographer = $2000
Salary for Nutcracker Prince = $1200
Rental fee for Backdrops = $800
Salary for our Lighting & Sound Technicians = $4200

Or, you may send us a donation check along with a note about which show you'd like your 2 free tickets for, and I'll send your tickets the first part of October. Donations can be mailed to:

Most of you know we didn't present The Nutcracker last year (2007) because Miss Vickie was studying every day to graduate from UNLV with her Physical Therapy degree and Miss Lesley was undergoing chemo for her breast cancer. Both ladies are back and very happy to be Nutcrackering this year.
